CollEc is down at this time.

The middleware used by CollEc is not compatible with the release of docker installed on 24 January 2024.

I, Thomas Krichel have not found a way to downgrade this ubuntu packages. The maintainer for CollEc, Christian Düben, hopes that it will be fixed in the next few days.
